Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging framework, competitive positioning, and product adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless product launch and ongoing success in the market.Key Responsibilities:1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy- Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases.- Define market segmentation, buyer personas, and value propositions.-- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure successful market entry.2. Product Positioning & Messaging- Build compelling product narratives and differentiators.- Create messaging frameworks for internal and external communication.- Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all channels.3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis- Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential product improvements.- Provide strategic insights to product and leadership teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.- 10-15 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or product management.- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, GTM strategies, and customer journeys.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.- Ability to translate complex features into customer-relevant benefits.
