Sales background I have in-depth expertise selling to architects, builders, and contractors.

This is for a reputable UPVC manufacturer with excellent growth opportunities in a professional and inclusive work environment.

The candidate should have the drive for sales, subject matter expertise in selling to architects, and 5 to 10 years of experience.

People with a background in building materials are welcome.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who profoundly understands prospecting and develops strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

- Partner with Window Fabricators, Builders, contractors and architects.

- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.

- 5+ years' of sales experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts


- Develop a strong network with Projects, Purchase, BoQ/ Tender personnel to drive business - Driving business through mapping, carving out relationships with Contractors/ HNI/ Architects/Structural Consultants/ PMC's etc.


- Achieve sales target for the area allotted in project sales.


- Supporting teammates in their tasks and projects to ensure collective success.


- The candidate should maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization policies.


- Must have: Sales closing skills, Client Relationships, Communication & presentation skills.


- To track and update data of competitor pricing, and product offerings.


- Conduct and organize various marketing activities such as Contractors/Architects meets.
