Job Summary:

You will hold a crucial position in managing the reconciliation of revenue, system internal controls, process automation, and Management Information Systems (MIS). Your expertise in financial operations, data analysis, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient processes across our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand, encompassing both e-commerce and offline retail channels. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing MIS to provide valuable insights and support decision-making for the brand's growth and success.


Roles & responsibilities:

1. Revenue Reconciliation: Compute & ensure accurate and timely revenue is reported from both e-commerce and offline store sales (Channel wise & product wise). Ensure alignment between sales records, payment platforms, and financial reports.

2. Monthly MIS & Financials: Ensure timely & accurate MIS is reported every month and ensure books closure monthly.

3. System Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls for both ecommerce and offline retail systems to minimize the risk of errors, discrepancies, and potential fraud.

4. Inventory Management: To reconcile physical inventory movement with books for various locations including FBA.

5. P&L Management: To regularly monitor actual figures against planned budget and share variation reports pro-actively so that deviations can be controlled.

6. Multi-channel Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team, offline store managers, and other departments to facilitate proper data collection and reporting.

7. Financial Reporting: Finalize & validate reports on AR status, aging analysis, collections, charge management and MIS performance for management review.

8. Audit Support: Manage internal and external audits related to business vertical, AR processes, and MIS accuracy.

9. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the processes and MIS to optimize financial operations and reporting efficiency.


Qualification :

 CA/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

 2-4 years of experience in managing accounts within a D2C brand, encompassing both e-commerce and offline store sales.

 Proven expertise in developing and maintaining Management Information Systems.

 Solid understanding of financial processes, revenue recognition for multi-channel sales.

 Proficiency in using accounting software, e-commerce platforms, and data analysis tools.

 Advanced Excel is a must.
