Responsibilities :

- Network Design and Implementation : Designing and implementing advanced network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and potentially cloud-based networks, tailored to the specific needs of the location.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, acting as the highest level of support for escalated incidents.

- Network Security : Maintaining and enhancing network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control policies, for the location.

- Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimize data flow and minimize latency.

- Capacity Planning : Assessing current and future network capacity needs for the location and planning for necessary upgrades and expansions.

- Documentation and Knowledge Management : Creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, for the location.

- Team Leadership and Collaboration : Working with other IT teams, network architects, and potentially cybersecurity specialists to ensure seamless network operations and project execution.

- Project Management : Participating in and potentially leading network-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Vendor Management : Interacting with network equipment vendors for support, maintenance, and upgrades.

- Staying Updated : Keeping up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, security threats, and industry best practices.

- Site/Location In-Charge : Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all IT-related issues and requests.

- Maintain regular communication with management and stakeholders, and collaborate closely with the internal IT team to address business needs effectively.

Required Skills :

- Advanced Networking Knowledge : Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching), and technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, etc.

- Troubleshooting Skills : Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.

- Security Expertise : Knowledge of network security best practices and experience with security devices like firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

- Cloud Networking : Experience with cloud networking concepts and technologies (e.g., Azure, GCP) is highly require.

- SD-WAN and SD-Access : Experience with Software-Defined Wide Area Networking and Software-Defined Access solutions is a plus.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Teamwork and Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Leadership Skills : Experience in leading small teams or projects is desirable.

- ITIL Framework : Understanding of the ITIL framework, especially incident and problem management, is helpful.

- Experience handling ISO / SOC related security control deployment and maintaining the same and exposure to attend client and ISO external audits.

- Good knowledge on Active directory, Azure and website deployment maintenance from infra and info sec prospective.
