We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who can drive smooth client onboarding, support CRM integrations, manage automation journeys, and ensure long-term customer success.This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with clients, understand CRM workflows, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard new clients onto the Mtalkz platform and conduct product training.Support CRM integrations and automation enablement.Assist in building automation workflows, customer journeys, segmentation, and campaigns.Support execution of SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other omnichannel campaigns.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Troubleshoot basic integration, data sync, and configuration issues.Monitor campaign and automation performance and suggest optimisation strategies.Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Sales teams to resolve customer needs.Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, CRM, or Marketing Automation.Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.Strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing funnels, and customer journeys.Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and CRM data structures.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Why Join Mtalkz?Be part of a fast-growing CPaaS & SaaS platform company.Opportunity to work on high-impact customer engagement and automation use cases.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
