The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities also include staff training, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and collaborating with the management team to enhance the guest dining experience. The Executive Chef will play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of the hotel or resort.Job Locations :Kolkata and MandarmaniQualifications Expertise in food preparation, innovative recipe creation, and menu planning Strong leadership and staff management abilities, with experience in training and mentoring culinary teams Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including compliance with health and safety standards Inventory management, cost control, and efficient resource allocation skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Culinary certifications or a degree in culinary arts is preferred; previous experience as an executive chef is highly desired Effective communication skills to liaise with both kitchen staff and the wider management team
