Job Overview We are looking for an experiencedARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineerto implement, manage, and optimize our ARCON PAM platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our privileged access security posture by deploying, integrating, and maintaining ARCON PAM solutions while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and robust protection of critical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with ARCON PAM, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including network, infrastructure, and security operations.Key Responsibilities ARCON PAM Deployment & Administration Deploy, configure, and manage the ARCON PAM platform acrosson-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments . Performupgrades, patches, version migrations , and ensure platformhigh availability (HA)anddisaster recovery (DR)readiness. Create and maintain technical documentation includingSOPs, runbooks, configuration guides , and architecture diagrams. Integration & Access Management Integrate ARCON PAM withActive Directory, LDAP , SIEM, ITSM, and other enterprise security tools. Define and implementaccess policies, workflows, and role-based & rule-based access controls . Implementprivilege elevation, delegation , just-in-time (JIT) access, andleast-privilege models . Credential & Session Security Managevaulting of credentials , automated password rotation, SSH key management, and secrets management. Enable and managesession monitoring, session recording, and real-time alertingfor privileged activities. Generate scheduled and on-demandreports/dashboardson privileged access activity, anomalies, and compliance requirements. Troubleshooting & Collaboration Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for PAM-related issues. Work closely withnetwork, infrastructure, security operations, and application teamsto support secure access requirements. Support audit and compliance activities related to privileged access.Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with ARCON PAMincluding installation, configuration, and integration. Strong understanding ofPrivileged Access Management (PAM) concepts , frameworks, and best practices. Knowledge of enterprise security protocols such asTCP/IP, SSH, SSL/TLS . Operating system expertise acrossWindows and Linux/Unixenvironments. Experience invaulting, credential lifecycle management, session monitoring , and secrets management. Strongtroubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysiscapabilities. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
