Deputy Manager - ARCON PAM

Experience - 5+ yrs

Location - Delhi

  • Deploy, configure, and manage the Arcon PAM platform in on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Integrate Arcon PAM with directory and identity systems (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.), SIEM, ITSM, and other security tools
  • Define and implement access policies, workflows, role‑based and rule‑based access control models
  • Manage vaulting of credentials, automatic password rotation, SSH key management, secrets management
  • Enable session monitoring, recording, and real-time alerting for privileged sessions
  • Implement just‑in-time access, privilege elevation & delegation, and least-privilege access models
  • Perform upgrades, patches, version migrations, and ensure system high availability / disaster recovery
  • Generate reports and dashboards for privileged access activity, exceptions, and compliance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, configuration guides
  • Work with cross-functional teams (network, infrastructure, security operations, application teams)
  • Hands-on experience with Arcon PAM (installation, configuration, integration)
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices
  • Understanding of network, security, protocols (TCP/IP, SSH, SSL/TLS)
  • Operating system knowledge: Windows, Linux / Unix environments
  • Experience with vaulting, credential management, session monitoring
  • Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, root cause analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
