Roles & Responsibilities:

- Devise Sales strategies for our clients

- Devise Incentive plans, R&R etc for our clients

- Analyze key metrics like average handling time (AHT), agent utilization, FCR, Effort Score, CSAT, Conversion funnel etc.

- Devise & suggest solutions to grow our clients revenue by multi folds

- Devise Training plans / frameworks for clients

- Potential travel to Client Site as per need basis

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in BPO operations (only sales outbound & inbound both)

- Pure Service based experience won't be entertained

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage
