We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Head to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of our social media presence across platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, community engagement, and driving traffic and conversions through powerful storytelling and thought leadership content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Bada Business's brand voice, mission, and growth goals.

* Establish platform-specific plans for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.

  1. Team Leadership:

* Lead and mentor the social media team, including content creators, video editors, and community managers.

* Oversee workflows, scheduling, and performance KPIs for the team.

  1. Content Planning & Creation:

* Ideate and approve high-impact, business-relevant, and engaging content tailored for entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs.

* Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.

  1. Campaign Management:

* Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns to promote webinars, masterclasses, video series, and product launches.

* Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI across channels.

  1. Analytics & Reporting:

* Monitor social media analytics and report insights and trends to optimize strategy.

* Use data-driven decisions to scale engagement and audience growth.

  1. Brand Voice & Reputation:

* Maintain a consistent, motivational, and entrepreneurial tone that reflects Dr. Vivek Bindra's personal brand and Bada Business's mission.

* Oversee online reputation management and crisis communication on social platforms.

  1. Community Engagement:

* Foster strong relationships with the audience through comments, DMs, and user-generated content.

* Manage and grow online communities like Facebook Groups and Telegram channels.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

* 8+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Strong knowledge of Indian social media landscape, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

* Experience managing large-scale pages with high-volume content (e.g., YouTube channels with millions of subscribers).

* Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Sprout Social, etc.).

* Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

* Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

* Experience working with influencer marketing, especially in the knowledge/edtech space, is a plus.
