Lead - Talent Acquisition Summary:We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment efforts.This role is responsible for building and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all functions of the organization.You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and workforce planning.- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and deliver effective sourcing strategies.- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment performance.- Optimize recruitment processes and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools, employer branding platforms).- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote company culture.- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.- Stay current on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in talent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.- Proven experience managing and mentoring recruiting teams.- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies is a plus.
