Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in helping us optimize our customer service operations by leveraging the power of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring the Service Cloud to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support to our customer service :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer service needs and pain points.

- Design and implement customized Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service processes and workflows.

- Configure Service Cloud features such as cases, entitlements, knowledge base articles, and automation rules.

- Develop custom objects, fields, and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Integrate Service Cloud with other CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow.

- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key customer service metrics.

- Provide ongoing training and support to customer service representatives on using the Service Cloud platform.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Service Cloud features and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Administrator.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities and configuration options.

- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflows) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (CSC) is a plus.
