1.1 Key Roles and Responsibilities
Developing, implementing and maintenance of a Quality Assurance System
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols, including quality plans, documentation,
Conducting inspections and tests on materials, parts, or products to ensure adherence to quality standards. This could involve using various tools and equipment to measure dimensions, check functionality, and assess performance.
Investigating the root causes of quality problems and working on corrective and preventive actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with the procurement team to establish and maintain strong supplier quality programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that lead to higher product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced defects.
Identify potential quality and supply risks and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records of all calibration activities, including calibration dates, results, adjustments made, and any deviations from standard specifications.
Coordinate and manage special processes, including but not limited to Crimping, Soldering, welding, coating, and other specialized manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet industry standards and product specifications.
1.2 Qualification and required Key Skill Sets.
Diploma with 4+ years of working experience in QA, manufacturing, or products.
Bachelor of Engineering with 2+ years of working experience in QA, manufacturing, or products
Special focus on electrics, electronics, mechatronics, and mechanical items (experience/knowledge in electrics/electronics 60% and mechatronics/mechanical 40%)
Experience in measuring mechanical and electric components according to drawings.
Knowledge of standards, norms, and tolerances (IPC 610, 620, DIN,)
ISO awareness, Quality awareness
Should be a good team player.
