Description :- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.- Automate functional and regression test cases for web applications and APIs.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.- Perform REST API testing using tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, or similar.- Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and automation artifacts.- Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategies and processes.- Participate in code reviews and share automation best practices across the team.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in test automation.- Proficiency in Java programming language.- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web UI automation.- Experience in API testing and tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, SOAP UI, etc.- Solid understanding of TestNG or JUnit for test execution.- Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and Jenkins.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration.- Working knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
