About Us :

We are an IT service-based company specializing in staff augmentation, web development, and mobile development services. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Developer to join our dynamic team and drive innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :


- Develop robust, scalable, and efficient front-end and back-end applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).


- Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.


- Build reusable components and front-end libraries using ReactJS (v17/v18) and stay updated with the latest developments, including React 19 updates.


- Implement state management solutions using Redux Toolkit and React Context API.


- Integrate design libraries like Material UI to ensure a consistent and responsive user

interface.


- Write efficient and maintainable test cases using React Testing Library and Jest.


- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.


- Design backend architecture with an emphasis on creational design patterns and best practices for scalability.


- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize data persistence and retrieval.


- Implement caching mechanisms and handle large data payloads efficiently.


- Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and effective problem-solving techniques.


- Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and AWS services.


- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.


Requirements :


- JavaScript ES6 and OOP paradigms proficiency.


- Strong experience with ReactJS (v17/v18) and familiarity with React 19 updates.


- Expertise in Redux Toolkit and React Context API for state management.


- Proficiency with CSS and experience with at least one design library (e.g., Material UI).


- Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.


- Experience writing and maintaining test cases with React Testing Library and Jest.


- Familiarity with backend frameworks like NestJS.


- Database experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.


- Understanding of backend concepts like caching, scaling, and handling large data payloads.


- Experience designing backend architecture with creational design patterns.



- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using AWS.



Nice-to-Have :


- Familiarity with other backend frameworks and tools.


- Experience with other front-end technologies or frameworks.


- Exposure to additional cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
