About the role: We seek a dynamic professional who blends expertise in psychology, business development, and AI-enabled tools. This role is pivotal for program development as well as leading and managing student and enrollments. The Psychologist cum Business Development Officer will help us create, implement, and promote programs, streamline outreach with AI, and actively participate in growing our enrollment footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Lead business development by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
  • Actively participate in and manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
  • Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to promote programs, expanding the organizational reach.
  • Continuously update knowledge on advances in education, psychology, and AI to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on using new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology (required)
  • PhD candidates need not apply
  • 1–2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training
  • Willingness to work in the office and in the field
