The Team Leader will be responsible forleading and managing a sales team within the Tour & Travel industry , ensuring achievement of sales targets forholiday packages, hotels, flights, ferries, and travel-related services . Key responsibilities includeteam supervision, sales strategy execution, lead management, performance monitoring, and customer relationship management . The role requires hands-on leadership, strong destination and product knowledge, and the ability to drive conversions in a fast-paced travel sales environment.Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and motivate a team oftravel sales executives . Drive sales forholiday packages, customized itineraries, hotels, and travel services . Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and conversions from multiple channels. Support team members in closing high-value travel bookings. Ensure accurate communication of itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and policies to customers. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue. Maintain high standards of customer service and post-booking support.Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory:Proven experience in theTour & Travel Industry(OTA, Travel Agency, DMC, or Hospitality Sales). Minimum3–6 years of sales experience , with1–2 years in a team leadership rolewithin travel sales. Strongteam management and leadership skills . Excellentsales, negotiation, and customer service abilities . Strongverbal and written communication skills . Ability to analyze sales data, conversion ratios, and team performance. Familiarity withCRM systems, travel portals, and booking processes .
