Monitor team performance using key metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve productivity. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other key stakeholders. Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in thereal estate industryismandatory . Strong understanding of real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
