We partner with both domestic and international clients, delivering scalable, process-driven, and high-performance workforce solutions across industries.About the Role We are looking for an energetic and target-focused Sales Team Leaderto manage our telecalling sales team. The role demands strong people management skills, sales strategy execution, and the ability to consistently drive team performance in a WFO setup.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Track team productivity, conversions, call quality, and KPI performance. Ensure adherence to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards. Handle client/customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and analyze MIS & performance dashboards regularly. Coordinate with management for training, process updates, and workflow improvements.Requirements 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience. Must have prior experience managing a team of telecallers or sales agents. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational abilities. Comfortable working in a high-energy, target-driven WFOrole. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting.
