The role involves working on scalable, secure, and high-performing systems while mentoring the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and driving innovation through modern development practices.Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :- Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET.- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.- Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and reusable technical solutions.- Review code, conduct peer reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.- Manage and guide team members, ensuring timely and quality delivery of modules.- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies, taking ownership of deliverables.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices for deployment and version control.- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure optimal performance and security.- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.- Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements for process and performance optimization.Required Skillsets :- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API development.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.- Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and database design (SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL).- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git or SVN.- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and build tools.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
