Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect .NET to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern .NET frameworks, cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, and scalable systems. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, client engagement, and the ability to mentor engineering teams.Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to understand functional & technical requirements and define technology solutions- Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on .NET ecosystem- Lead architecture for microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions- Work closely with sales & pre-sales teams to support solutioning and technical proposals- Conduct architecture and code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and standards- Define and implement DevOps pipeline, CI/CD, containerization, and deployment strategies- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability- Mentor and guide engineering teams on design patterns, architecture guidelines, and coding practices- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption aligned with business goalsRequired Skillsets : - Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#- Proficiency in MS SQL, PostgreSQL, No-SQL databases- Expertise in Microservices architecture and distributed systems- Hands-on experience with containers, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools- Strong knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms- Experience in application & enterprise architecture and system integration- Understanding of security standards, compliance, and performance optimization- Good knowledge of Angular / React / NodeJS / Python (nice-to-have)- Strong communication, client-interaction, and technical leadership skills- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environmentsEducation : - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Certifications in Cloud/Architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect) preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
