The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade software solutions while ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web APIs and applications using .NET Core.- Manage and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and first-time quality delivery.- Review code, pull requests, and ensure adequate test coverage through unit testing.- Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies; lead sprints in the absence of the Scrum Master.- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and deliver working code.- Ensure compliance with CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis, and version control standards.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application performance and scalability.- Oversee integration of various databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices within the development team.- Mentor junior team members in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.- Prepare design documents, technical specifications, and implementation reports.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks that enhance productivity.Required Skillsets :- Proven expertise in developing .NET Core-based web applications and RESTful APIs.- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Blazor.- Excellent understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.- Proficiency in working with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).- Experience in microservices architecture and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud equivalents.- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and DevOps practices.- Proficiency with GIT or SVN for version control.- Exposure to static code analysis tools and agile tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to anticipate technical challenges.- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.Nice to have :- Experience with identity providers such as IdentityServer, Auth0, or Keycloak.
