Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven full-time, on-site Sales Manager at Bella Designs. The Sales Manager will spearhead our sales initiatives by collaborating closely with the design team. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute sales strategies, managing client relationships, deliver impactful presentations, negotiate, close deals, and achieving sales target. This role requires a strong understanding of the interior design industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning – Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirement.

Team Leadership and Management – Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Sales Reporting and Analysis – Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and performance.

Collaboration – Work closely with the Design Team to execute effective strategies with creative solutions to ensure seamless project management.

Customer Feedback – Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product and service development.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.


Experience:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

3. Experience in managing and leading a sales team.


Skills:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

3. Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite
