We are now looking for a motivated MIS & Customer Communication Executive to support our marketing and operations initiatives while contributing to the company’s continued growth. Role Overview The MIS & Customer Communication Executive will work closely with the Marketing and Operations Team to conduct market research, engage in client communication, generate leads, and manage MIS-related tasks. This role offers excellent exposure for individuals who are analytical, communicative, and eager to grow in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and gather market insights to support marketing and business development strategies. Client Communication (Telecalling): Connect with potential clients to introduce the company’s offerings and identify qualified leads. Lead Generation: Support the Sales Team by identifying, nurturing, and maintaining potential business leads. MIS Management: Maintain and update Management Information Systems to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to execute campaigns and process improvements. Content & Presentation Support: Use AI-based tools and platforms such as Canva to create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials for customers and partners. Qualifications & Requirements Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred. Consistent academic performance of 70% and above throughout Education. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office , AI tools , Canva , and data management software. Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
