Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a L3 Network Security Engineer at Vays Infotech Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network security, network engineering, cybersecurity, and information security on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network security strategies.
- Advise on secure network architectures and design.
- Maintain security standards and monitor network security posture.
- Provide guidance on technologies like Firewalls, IPS, VPN, DDoS, NAC, etc.
- Stay updated on security trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Network Administration, Network Security, and Network Engineering skills
- 8–12 years of experience in network security.
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPN, and IPS.
- Expertise in large network deployments and security recommendations.
- Certifications: CCNP/CCIE or equivalent (CISSP/CISM preferred).
- Cybersecurity and Information Security expertise
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with firewalls, VPN, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
