Tenjin helps clients achieve faster go-to-market, reduced testing effort, and improved product quality through its intelligent, domain-aware automation capabilities.Job DescriptionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.Ensure billing as per agreed terms and timelines.Follow up and report on outstanding account receivables.Track and manage purchase orders (PO) and renewals in a timely manner.Prepare proposals and presentations addressing client objectives and requirements.Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).0–4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within an IT/ITeS company.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.If you are interested, please share your updated resume with Lokesh.ms@yethi.in
