SAP Technical Consultant

We’re hiring a SAP S/4HANA Technical Consultant with deep hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData Services, and S/4HANA extensions. You’ll work on end-to-end development from building core business logic to optimizing HANA-based performance as part of our core engineering team delivering next-generation enterprise automation solutions. This role is purely technical, focused on S/4HANA development.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom programs, enhancements, and extensions in SAP S/4HANA using ABAP on HANA best practices.Build and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, and Open SQL for performance-intensive applications.Develop and expose OData services for Fiori and third-party applications.Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).Conduct code optimization, debugging, and performance tuning for high-volume systems.Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.Maintain detailed technical documentation, perform unit testing, and manage transport requests.Required Skills & Experience:3–7 years of experience as an SAP ABAP or Technical Consultant, with 2+ years on S/4HANA.Expertise in:ABAP on HANA – CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQLOData Services – Creation, consumption, and integrationEnhancement Framework – BADI, User Exits, Implicit/Explicit EnhancementsSmartForms / AdobeForms / ALV / Performance OptimizationObject-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) and modular programmingStrong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and data models.Hands-on experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
