In addition to real estate, the group is also engaged in hospitality, construction, architectural planning, asset management, education, and healthcare. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to final selection. Employee Onboarding & Training: Conduct smooth onboarding and implement employee development programs. Performance Management: Design and monitor performance appraisal systems. Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement activities. Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies. HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain HR data and share insights with management. Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture. 🎓 Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector. Certifications: HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPM will be an added advantage. 💡 Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and leadership qualities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data interpretation. Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
