Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Creator who can own our brand voice across platforms and produce high-impact digital content that reflects the soul of WellWork. You'll ideate, create, and execute dynamic content—including reels, short videos, and engaging visuals—to tell stories, showcase our spaces, highlight events, and grow our online community.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Brand Identity

  • Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with WellWork's positioning.
  • Define a cohesive digital tone that reflects our balance of professionalism, creativity, and wellness.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience analysis.

Content Creation (Self-Executed)

  • Plan and create reels, videos, carousels, stories, and static posts showcasing:
  • Workspace ambience & design
  • Member experiences
  • Events & workshops
  • Community shoutouts and spotlights
  • Shoot and edit content using tools like Canva, InShot, Adobe Suite, or other mobile-first tools.
  • Own the monthly content calendar end-to-end: ideation, scripting, design, scheduling, and publishing.

Digital Innovation & Trend Integration

  • Stay on top of social trends, meme formats, trending audio, and platform updates.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for content ideation and optimization.
  • Experiment with new content formats inspired by Market Trends.

Community & Event Coverage

  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments from events, talks, and coworking life.
  • Feature UGC-style content, testimonials, founder stories, and casual interviews.
  • Promote events using teaser reels, countdowns, and post-event highlight videos.
  • Welcome new members through creative onboarding posts and stories.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics: reach, engagement, shares, saves, video views, etc.

Desired Skills & Profile

3–5 years of experience in social media and digital content creation with strong hands-on skills in tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite. Must be a self-starter with a good design sense, able to ideate, shoot, and edit content independently, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney. A collaborative mindset and understanding of branding and visual storytelling are essential.
