Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned social media and client servicing manager to spearhead strategic brand growth, foster strong relationships, and convert social media into meaningful customer conversations.

As the bridge between our brands and their audiences, you will effectively manage client expectations, drive engagement, and develop impactful social media strategies that elevate brand awareness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project delivery from brief to execution
  • Developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand recognition
  • Creating content calendars and overseeing social media campaigns across platforms
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time
  • Analyzing social media performance and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Managing community engagement, responding to feedback, and building brand conversations
  • Staying ahead of social media trends and platform updates to maintain brand relevance

Requirements

Natural client management abilities, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms

Strategic thinking, ability to translate brand objectives into actionable social media plans

Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, analytics mindset with data interpretation and campaign optimization

Strong communication skills, collaborative approach to teamwork, and a background in consumer brands, F&B, FMCG, or retail
