About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Regional Manager to join our team in Calicut & Trivandrum . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution and retail, specifically within the building materials sector. This role will support regional operations, oversee distribution strategies, and drive growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of building material distribution .
  • Builder & developers account mapping in respective territory
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales and distribution targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution.
  • Train, lead, and motivate the sales and distribution team to achieve set objectives.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics and suggest improvements.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Overall 13+ Years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on distribution and retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of the regional market, particularly in building materials.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
