Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at SI Surgical Pvt Ltd in Howrah. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Salary: 15k-25k
