Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience: 7+ years
- Experience in enterprise sales for technology services / digital transformation ( Public Cloud / AI / Data Analytics preferred)
Sales Support:
- Assisting the sales team in achieving their goals by preparing and coordinating all necessary documentation, providing necessary data, and facilitating communication with clients & ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and ready for presentations or meetings and with our Internal Presales and Delivery Team
- Analyze market conditions and trends, and identify opportunities in assigned accounts/territory through research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging the use of social media.
Customer Service & Account Management
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer retention rates.
- Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and lifetime references.
- Data Management : Maintaining sales records, updating customer databases, and generating sales reports for senior management. Currently we are using two tools HubSpot (Internal)+ APN AWS Portal (AWS Tool).Need to learn & track Partner Programs ( AWS example )
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency, making recommendations to management, and implementing approved changes.
- Sales Strategy Support: Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies in line with company goals and targets.
- Team Communication: Facilitating internal communication within the sales team, as well as between the sales team and other departments, to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead Management: Assisting in the qualification and distribution of leads to the sales team and tracking their progress during Weekly Sales Review.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Sales Processes and Cloud Business, maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
