Corporate Relations Manager

Position Overview:
The Corporate Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple locations within a designated area. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and profitable performance of the assigned area. The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales, achieving business targets, maintaining operational standards, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned area. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all locations within the area. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales figures, profitability, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. Implement corrective measures when necessary to optimize performance.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying sales opportunities, implementing marketing initiatives, and developing customer relationships. Set sales targets for individual locations and provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve them.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations across all locations. Maintain operational standards, including visual merchandising, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with senior management, peers, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, human resources, and logistics, to achieve common goals and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operations and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
1.Candidate need to reallocate to Gurugram.
2.Monday to Sat working days
3.10am to 7pm Working hrs.
4.Candidate should have Passport as in this profile candidate will be handling International Projects
