About the position

We are looking for a dynamic Technology Telemarketing/Telesales Executive with experience in lead generation for technology companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Your role will be crucial in helping us expand our client base in the technology sector.


Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain solution features & benefits
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
  • Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs to qualify interest levels
  • Research potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Communicate with decision-makers to set up appointments for the sales team
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Maintain & share daily reports of all calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a timely manner
  • Accurately document customer information & call notes
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call-out and quality targets


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of technology products and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed
  • Persuasive, result-oriented, and driven individual who loves going the extra-mile
  • Ability to speak Arabic is a big plus
