Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

This is a mid-level, full-time position ideal for candidates with a maximum of 6 years of work experience.

You will play a crucial role in managing B2B partnerships, driving cognitive experiences and omni-channel strategies via AI, ensuring the successful integration of Twixor's solutions across various industries.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B partner and channel management to identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships. (Mandatory skill)

- Expertise in AI-driven cognitive experiences to elevate customer engagement strategies (Mandatory skill)

- Solid understanding of the AI-driven omni-channel customer experience space to navigate complex client projects and needs. (Mandatory skill)

- Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration to align diverse team efforts towards achieving partnership goals.

- Proficiency in partner relationship management to nurture successful long-term partnerships.

- Experienced in account management to oversee partner accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools to efficiently manage sales processes and partner interactions.

- Knowledge in B2B SaaS / Messaging channels to integrate Twixor solutions effectively for client benefits.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to enhance business growth and reach new markets.

- Identify opportunities for channel expansion and coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership strategies.

- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to co-create partner-focused solutions and marketing initiatives.

- Monitor partner performance and analyze outcomes to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.

- Facilitate the integration of Twixor's AI-driven solutions in partner environments to optimize customer interactions.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the partner management sector.

- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve partner issues and provide seamless customer experience delivery.

- Prepare and present partnership performance reports to internal and partner stakeholders to inform strategy decisions.

Work Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Below 30 days
