Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage and nurture our audience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and analytics to drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, and analysis.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action, aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  3. Manage email subscriber lists, segmentations, and databases to ensure optimal targeting and deliverability.
  4. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine email content, subject lines, send times, and segmentation strategies for maximum impact.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations related to email marketing, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  7. Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline campaign workflows, trigger-based emails, and personalized communications.
  8. Develop and maintain email marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overarching marketing initiatives.
  9. Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  10. Support the development of email marketing strategies and contribute innovative ideas for driving subscriber growth, engagement, and revenue generation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics, segmentation, and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email design best practices is a plus.
  • Certification in email marketing (e.g., HubSpot Email Marketing Certification) is desirable but not required.
