MSP Rain Maker helps MSPs grow their business by overcoming challenges in managing sales teams and increasing costs, resulting in a more efficient and effective sales pipeline.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Specialist located in the Mohali district. The Senior Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include developing leads, setting appointments, building customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the IT industry is beneficial
