Job Title: AVEVA PI System & CONNECT Specialist Location: India (Open to Global Projects) Employment Type:Full-time with Blue cloudJob Summary: We are seeking an experiencedAVEVA (OSIsoft) PI System & CONNECT Specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience indeploying, integrating, migrating, and supporting the AVEVA PI Suite of applicationsfor clients across multiple industries includingEnergy, Mining, Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals . The role involvessystem implementation, governance, validation, training, and stakeholder coordinationto deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and manageAVEVA (OSIsoft) PI Systemcomponents including PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Connectors. ExecutePI System integration, migration, and upgrade projects , ensuring adherence to best practices and security guidelines. Providetechnical support and troubleshootingfor global customers, resolving complex issues related to system performance and data flow. Implementgovernance, GxP compliance, and Computer System Validation (CSV)processes for regulated environments. Collaborate withcross-functional teams and business stakeholdersto gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Delivertraining and knowledge-sharing sessionsfor site engineers and business users on AVEVA PI tools and functionalities. ApplyAgile project management methodologiesto ensure timely and efficient delivery of tasks. Lead and mentor ateam of engineers , fostering collaboration, prioritizing work, and ensuring quality outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of experienceworking withAVEVA (OSIsoft) PI Systemin enterprise environments. Proven expertise inPI System architecture, administration, and troubleshooting . Experience inAVEVA CONNECTplatform implementation and support. Strong understanding ofdata integration, historian management, and industrial automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) . Knowledge ofGxP, CSV, and regulatory compliance standards . Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a focus oncustomer satisfaction . Ability to work effectively inglobal and cross-cultural teams . Leadership experience managing a small technical team is preferred.Preferred Qualifications: AVEVA / OSIsoftPI System Certification . Experience inEnergy, Mining, Chemical, or Pharmaceuticalindustries. Familiarity withcloud-based data infrastructureand digital transformation initiatives.
