We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager - Sales & Operations (India Staffing & Recruiting) to lead our efforts in providing IT & Staffing solutions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies, combined with a proven track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital and infrastructure solution segments.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within various industries, including enterprise-level organizations, government, healthcare, and financial sectors.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for the digital and infrastructure portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and expectations.

Market Knowledge & Industry Insight:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions, digital transformation, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Track, measure, and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Use CRM and sales analytics tools to manage and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize the sales process.
  • Regularly assess team performance and implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and craft innovative solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
