Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CPS Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and optimizing operations to meet business objectives. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and an excellent ability to manage cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of 3dot14 Premium Services, ensuring timely and quality service to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure services meet predefined quality standards and client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on service delivery performance, including client feedback, operational challenges, and proposed improvements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in service delivery and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in service delivery management, client servicing, or a related role, preferably within the EdTech industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
