Role Description

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day analytics operations, including statistics, data analytics, data visualization, and analytical skills. The role is located in Mumbai and offers flexibility for some remote work.

Role Overview:

As an Analytics Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for scaling the Analytics Practice Solutions (Qlik/PowerBI) and Data Science practice. This involves project planning and management, goal setting and tracking multiple initiatives and achievement.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Thinking: Responsible for scaling the Analytics Solutions (Qlik/PowerBI) and advanced Analytics practice. This involves project planning and management, goal setting and achievement. You would be responsible for scaling the Analytics Solutions (Qlik / PowerBI) practice. This involves the ability to plan and manage projects, set and achieve goals, and make decisions that have a broad impact on the organization. It includes understanding the organization's strategic objectives and aligning team efforts to meet these goals.
  2. Partnering with OEMs: This involves building and maintaining relationships with OEMs partners for the platforms you are responsible for.
  3. Building a Practice: This involves creating and developing a specialized area within the organization. It requires a deep understanding of the practice area, the ability to recruit and train team members, and the capacity to develop and implement effective strategies, while building a COE for the same.
  4. Tracking the Growth of the Team: This involves monitoring the development and progress of team members, ensuring they meet their individual goals and contribute to the overall objectives of the organization.
  5. Getting the Team Certified: This involves ensuring that team members acquire necessary certifications and qualifications that enhance their skills and contribute to the organization's success.
  6. Meeting and Tracking OEM Partnership Requirements: This involves ensuring that the organization meets the requirements set by its OEM partners. It requires regular communication with partners, monitoring of performance metrics, and implementation of corrective actions when necessary.
  7. Working with Internal Sales and Delivery Teams: This involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure that the organization's strategic goals are met. It requires excellent communication and coordination skills, program management, setting priorities as well as the ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
  8. Defining the offerings including the frameworks, accelerators and playbooks.
  9. Own the GTM along with Marketing and Sales
  10. The role will carry revenue targets globally.

 

Technical Skills:

1. Previous experience in an IT Analytics/Data governance or Cloud services company is preferred.

2. Proficiency in Data Governance Solutions (Databricks/Talend (Qlik)/Microsoft) or Analytics Solutions (Qlik/PowerBI) is required.

 

Education/Qualification:

MBA/BE/MCA/MS or equivalent.

4. Analytical and conceptual thinking
