Role Description We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our "VCI Anti Corrosion Packaging" Sales team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving targeted revenue goals. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, forecasting demands, collaborating with various departments to meet client requirements, and assisting in strategy formulation to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and manage client relationships Business Development and Market Research skills to identify and analyze new opportunities Strategic Planning and Goal Setting skills to achieve targets effectively Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the packaging industry Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is an added advantage
