About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP GTS solutions across compliance, customs, and risk management processes.

This role requires working closely with stakeholders to design and optimize global trade processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate with SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver SAP GTS implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP GTS modules.

Configure and customize SAP GTS functionalities, including :

- Compliance Management : Sanctioned Party List Screening, Embargo checks, Export & Import Legal Control.

- Customs Management : Export/Import Declarations, Product Classification (HTS, ECCN), Transit Procedures, Trade Documentation.

- Risk Management & Reporting : Intrastat Reporting, Electronic Communication with customs authorities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for system integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external trade systems.

- Provide SME-level support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Advise on best practices in global trade processes, compliance regulations, and system optimization.

- Conduct knowledge transfer, training, and documentation for key users and teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of SAP experience with 7+ years of hands-on SAP GTS expertise.

- Strong knowledge of global trade compliance processes and international trade regulations.

- Proven track record in implementing SAP GTS Compliance Management and Customs Management modules.

- Experience with integration between SAP GTS and SAP ECC/S4HANA.

- Familiarity with classification processes, electronic filing, and customs authority communication.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
