Job profile

§ Manage and provide support in preparation of cross multiple department review plans and designing Vigilance work programs

§ Perform Vigilance work and process reviews independently & to coordinate/supervise Vigilance activities

§ Ensuring factual accuracy and root cause analysis of the issues

§ Compile and consolidate all findings for discussion with senior management

§ Identify, understand and document processes and procedures surrounding internal controls for business process improvement

§ Assist in preparing Reports , presentations and other MIS for Management meetings.

§ Support Due diligence exercise across all functions in all Group Companies.

§ Support in conducting financial and operational scrutiny of business transactions and commercial transactions.
