Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations. Research, plan, and organize complete travel itineraries — including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special requests. Process and manage bookings accurately using internal systems and tools. Provide end-to-end customer support, handling any changes, inquiries, or issues that may arise before or during travel. Prepare and manage travel documentation, including visas, insurance, and confirmations. Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and maintain long-term relationships. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and international regulations.Qualifications 2+ years of experienceas a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply). Proficient intravel booking systems, GDS, and CRM tools. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills , especially with international clients. Strongsales and negotiation abilitieswith a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, destinations, and regulations. Flexible to workrotational shifts and weekly offs , including late evenings or night shifts to align with U.S. time zones. Transportation:One-way cab drop facility available for female employees (nearby locations).Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (gross per month), depending on experience and qualifications.
