Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters.Here's the job details,Domestic IT Recruiter Location: 161, A Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309Experience: 1-3 Years Salary: Competitive / As per experienceAbout the Role:We are looking for ahands-on IT Recruiterwho can independently handle the full recruitment lifecycle and effectively managemultiple open positionsacross various domains and technologies. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, target-driven, and have a strong grasp of sourcing, screening, and closing candidates within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities: Own and execute theend-to-end recruitment processfor multiple IT roles simultaneously. Work closely with hiring managers or account managers to understand detailed job requirements and priorities. Source, screen, and shortlistsuitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Manage a high volume of open positionsacross technologies like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, UI/UX, etc. Maintain and update the candidate database, job postings, and reports using Excel or ATS tools. Maintain consistentcandidate engagementthrough timely communication and status updates. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targetsby ensuring timely closures. Coordinate offers, negotiate salary expectations, and follow up on joining.Requirements: 1-3 years of hands-on experience indomestic IT recruitment(permanent or contract). Proven ability tomanage and deliver on multiple open roles simultaneously . Proficient in using Indian job portals (e.g. Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs) and professional networks like LinkedIn. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of hiring processes, technical skill sets, and market trends. Must betarget-orientedand able to work under pressure and deadlines. Experience withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)or recruitment CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR or IT-related education is preferred.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
