We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Manager.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site.

Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years.

Responsibilities:.

Client Relationship Management:.

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust, communication, and strategic guidance.

- Understand clients' business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals to deliver tailored influencer marketing solutions.

- Campaign Strategy and Planning:.

- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.

- Identify relevant influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage campaign budgets and timelines.

Influencer Outreach and Management:.

- Research and identify suitable influencers based on client requirements and campaign objectives.

- Reach out to influencers, negotiate terms, and manage contracts and agreements.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:.

- Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and objectives are achieved.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Client Communication and Reporting:.

- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Team Collaboration:.

- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to drive client satisfaction and campaign success.

- Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in client servicing, account management, or influencer marketing roles, preferably within an agency setting.

- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
