Boomlet Media is a dynamic Integrated Marketing Communications agency committed to delivering innovative and visually compelling campaigns for our clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Executive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Servicing - Client calls, discussions, understanding client requirements and aligning the team with the planning, strategy, execution & reporting, being available for client queries and problem solving approach, pitching new clients, account management (being a whole & sole of the brands assigned). Understanding and achieving monthly budgets and accounting.
  • Self motivated, ready for new opportunities, time management, flexible, must have ownership and responsibility for the assigned work/job.
  • Research & analysis - research about our brands and competition via social media and digital prints, news, current affairs, etc. Able to use & ready to learn research tool and analysis tools like AppBot & Aso Desk, come up with ideas and suggestions for making the process more efficient, easy and quick, potential clients research & reach-outs, crisis research and monitoring of potential brands, on-going campaign checks for competition brands.
  • Narrative and Content - Daily basis content writing for brand reputation and crisis campaigns, understanding & absorbing the requirement and accordingly leveling up with content, copy- writing. Ready to keep him/her updated with the current happenings over brands social media and their online reputation.
  • Execution - End-to-end execution overlooking, stepping in whenever required in terms of urgent or real time work, vendor management & overlooking.
  • Influencer Relations & Vendor Management - Build relations with influencers in general and via vendors, mapping and acquiring. Create your own influencer universe, so that they can be utilized for brand reputation and crisis communication campaigns.


Skillset:

  • Must have a good understanding of social listening, influencer brand campaigns and social media strategy.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Research & Analysis, Content Writing, Vendor/Partner Management, Research & Execution & Influencer Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, understanding and good organizing of task allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, co-ordination and relationship-building skills.
