Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist at Locobuzz in Saki Naka, Mumbai. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing performance appraisal, program management, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance performance management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
  • Support managers and employees with performance management, goal setting, and constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the full performance review cycle, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and monitor progress with managers.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to address training needs and create personalized development plans.
  • Continuously improve performance management processes for fairness and alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement through workshops and coaching.
  • Assist in developing and updating performance management policies in line with local regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in performance management or related HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis and reporting experience.
  • HRIS and performance management software experience is a plus.
